1. The quotation must be on a Letter Head of the issuing Company , signed and dated.

2. Must clearly stated if a Trade In is included

3. Must clearly state the base specifications of the tractorincluding:

• Engine HP
• 2WD or 4WD
• Transmission gears Forward&Reverse
• Tyre type: Ag, Turf or Industrial

4. Must clearly state the Equipment Package offered and specifications of same such as:

• Slasher. Width and Gearbox rating
• Carry all: Width
